Each time it rains, we get several phone calls from Broward homeowners with windows that are leaking heavily. Most often, when we arrive and inspect the windows, the window leak source is usually originating from the perimeter caulking around the window frame.

Why does my window have mold on it?

Will the mold disappear when it dries?

It will take a very long time for it to fix. Seal it back up after it dries. Windows are dirty.  Make sure you have a repair agreement with a window company in other words give us a call soon.
